Diamond Provenance Report - Proof of ownership when traveling

  A visit to Antwerp Crossing International Borders On BB Clark's trip to Antwerp, she found out something interesting at the security check.   BB Clark chatted with security and crossed the border with documentary proof of her ownership of her gemstones. The regulation for traveling to Europe with loose diamonds changed in March 2024 and the grace period ends August 31, 2024.
